At Your Local Library

Gloucestershire FHS will be providing a help desk facility at the following libraries over the coming weeks. GFHS volunteers will bring their experience and some searchable databases to help you with your Family History research. Please contact the individual branches to confirm actual times (Gloucestershire Libraries)

• Newent Library - Fri 19th Feb - 10am till 1pm
• Mitcheldean Library - Mon 22nd Feb - 2 till 4pm
• Cheltenham Local History Library - Wed 10th March - 10am till 2pm
• Cinderford Library - Fri 12th March - 2 till 4pm
• Mitcheldean Library - Mon 22nd Feb - 2 till 4pm

Fairs & Events

The Society will be at the following events throughout the UK:

• GFHS Open Day at the Crypt School, Gloucester - Sat 17th April
• Forest of Dean Local History Fair at Bells Club, Coleford - Sun 23rd May - 10am till 4pm.
• Gwent Open day 2010 at Cwmbran - Sat 12th June

Coach Trips

The Society regularly runs coach trips to the National Archives at Kew.
